With Love Card Alerts — SMS Program Terms

With Love Card Alerts, operated by Elegy, Inc.

If someone creates a With Love card for you, we send one text message containing a private link to that card and an invitation to subscribe to updates. If you reply YES, we will also text you when someone adds a new note or a gift to your card. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. We do not text the people who create or sign cards.

Reply YES to the text message you receive about your card. Message frequency varies with card activity — typically 1 to 5 messages per week, capped at one notification per day per card. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. We also accept END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, REVOKE and OPTOUT. You will receive one confirmation message and nothing after that.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and we cannot guarantee delivery of any message.

Phone numbers are used only to deliver cards and the notifications described above. We never sell phone numbers, and mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing. Full Privacy Policy · Terms of Service
